Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the judiking platform. By registering an account or accessing any judiking service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
All judiking players must be 21 years or older. Underage use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one judiking account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
judiking involves real-money wagering in MYR. Players accept the risk of financial loss when placing bets on the platform.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity under their account.
All judiking bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility criteria detailed in individual offer pages.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting tools are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

By accessing the judiking Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the judiking Platform and close your account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and judiking. judiking reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
judiking is strictly an adult gaming platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and use any judiking service. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you are 21 or older.
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register a judiking account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. judiking reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) judiking account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. judiking reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated across such accounts, and retain any balances in accordance with its fraud prevention procedures.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles judiking to immediately terminate your account without liability.
judiking operates primarily for players in Malaysia. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the judiking Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. judiking makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Malaysia.
As part of judiking's compliance with international gaming authority standards and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, judiking may at any time request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification documentation.
judiking reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
judiking accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, and bank transfers from supported Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. judiking does not accept deposits from payment methods not in the player's name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. judiking aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated in the Platform's Banking section, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. judiking reserves the right to carry out additional security and verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details you enter are accurate and complete. judiking accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of incorrect payment information provided by the player. All transactions on the judiking Platform are conducted in MYR; no foreign currency conversion fees are applied by judiking, though third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
judiking offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods as specified in the individual promotion terms. judiking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Unless otherwise specified, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds that do not meet applicable wagering requirements are classified as bonus funds and may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds.
Each game available on the judiking Platform is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the specific game rules will prevail with respect to matters relating to that game only.
All random number generator (RNG) games on the judiking Platform are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment monitored by multiple camera feeds. judiking does not manipulate game outcomes for or against any individual player. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judiking Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

From your judiking account dashboard, you may at any time: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; configure session time reminders; apply cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension); or initiate full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. judiking will not send any marketing communications to a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

All content on the judiking Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, sounds, and the overall design of the Platform — is the proprietary property of judiking or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of judiking.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judiking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the judiking Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.
judiking's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits judiking's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
judiking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; verification requirements have not been met; responsible gaming concerns have been identified; or the player's use of the Platform is considered to be against the interests of judiking or other players.
Upon account closure for cause, judiking reserves the right to retain any balance attributable to bonus funds, winnings generated from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements, or funds associated with fraudulent activity. Real-money deposits will be returned to the player via the original payment method where no fraud or breach of these Terms is involved.
Players may also choose to close their judiking account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal requirements.
judiking collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a judiking account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the judiking Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
judiking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, judiking will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or registered email address. Your continued use of the judiking Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at judiking.win/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which judiking is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute between you and judiking, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team via the live chat facility on the Platform. judiking aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through judiking's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by judiking's licensing authority. judiking's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, technical faults, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding unless successfully challenged through the applicable dispute resolution process.
